with Infeed Pipe, Drip Pan and moveable Support Frame.

Capacity: up to 20 cans per minute (330 ml),
to continuously open, drain and flatten all beverage cans made of steel or aluminum up to 500ml (66mmØ).
Function:
Rejected cans reach the infeed pipe from the top. Two rotating star-drum catch, perforate and flatten the cans continuously. Liquid runs out to a high degree, drains down into a drip pan and can be recycled. The flattened cans fall into customers transport box.		 Crusher with moveable Frame

with Machine Bin, Support Frame and Drip Pan.

Capacity: up to 50 cans per minute (330 ml), up to 30 canc/min. (500ml), 66mmØ,
to continuously perforate, drain and flatten all beverage and condensed milk cans (food cans as long as they contain liquids) made of steel or aluminum, empty, filled, damaged, as well as all kind of cans mixed.
Function:
Rejected cans reach the machine bin from the top. An automatic operating dosing flap guide the cans to the pressing station where the rotating stars are piercing the cans and pushing them to the pressing drums, where the cans will be flattened. Liquid drains out to a high degree and runs into a lower mounted drip pan. The flattened cans fall into customers transport box.		 Can Crusher DP-45-II-k

Capacity: up to 70 cans/min. (330 ml), 40 cans/min. (500ml),250 ml (52 mmØ), 330 to 500 ml (66 mmØ)
to open, drain and flatten beverage cans made of steel or aluminum.
Function:
Rejected cans will be thrown directly into the machine bin. Rotating stars are perforating the cans and pushing them to the pressing drums, where the cans will be flattened and liquid drains out to a high degree. The liquid drains into the lower mounted drip pan and can be recycled.		 Crusher ready for Operation

Executions and Conditions


All above mentioned machines and units are designed to be placed inside a production line and therefore executed in stainless steel or food-grade plastic throughout, except for design reason. CIP is standard.
Execution correspond to the valid EMC rules in force:
EMC-Machine Directive,
EMC-Directive EMV and
CE-Mark.

Delivery time:.....3 1/2 month ex factory, ............Warranty: 24 month from date of delivery.
Payment terms:..50% with order, 50% at readiness for shipment.

Note: Technical alterations reserved. Machine will be delivered ready for connection and start up.
No service engineer is required. If for any reasons services is required, these services will be provided at prevailing Field Chargeable Labour Rates.
