Plastic Cup Crusher - Basics
In general all mentioned crushers are designed to continuously open, drain and flatten all plastic cups for food up to 1000ml and 105mmŲ.
Capacity: up to 50 cups/min. (250ml)
Function:
Rejected container reach the machine bin by hand or a feeding conveyor from the top. An automatic actuating hopper plate loose up the plastic cups, so that they fall onto the pressing section. A rotating star-drum (depening on type two star-drums) draw-in the cups , perforate them from both sides, flatten them. Product will be squeezed out and rinses down to the drip pan and collecting bin.
The flattened cups with remaining product drops into the partly water filled collecting bin of the screw feeder. The rotating screw is washing the cups clean. A spray nozzle at the upper section of the screw feeder is washing the cups again with fresh water. The mixed product and fresh water runs via the over-flow into the collecting bin. The flattened container fall into customers transport box. |
