Capacity: up to 20 packs per minute (1.000 ml, max. 2.000 ml.
To continuously open, drain and flatten milk and juice cartons (Tetra Pak's®, combibloc's®, Elopak's®).
Function:
Rejected packs (single only) reach the infeed tube by hand from the top and fall down to the pressing station where the rotating star-drum catch, perforate and flatten the packs continuously. Liquid runs out to a high degree, drains down into drip pan and can be recycled. Flattened packs fall into customers transport box. |

Juice Carton Crusher WP-33-I-k
with Machine Bin, moveable Support Frame and Drip Pan or Collecting Bin and Barrel Pump.
Capacity: up to 30 packs per minute (200 ml), max. 500 ml.
To continuously open, drain and flatten milk and juice cartons (Tetra Brik's®, combibloc's®, Elopak's®).
Function:
Rejected packs reach the machine bin from the top. An automatic operating dosing flap guide the packs to the pressing station where the rotating star-drum catch, pierce and flatten the packs continuously. Liquid runs out to a high degree, drains down into the drip pan and can be recycled. Flattened packs fall into customers transport box. |

Flattened packs fall into customers transport box. |

Executions and Conditions
All above mentioned machines and units are designed to be placed inside a production line and therefore executed in stainless steel or food-grade plastic throughout, except for design reason. CIP is standard.
Execution correspond to the valid EMC rules in force:

CE-Mark.
Delivery time:.....3 1/2 month ex factory, ............Warranty: 24 month from date of delivery.
Payment terms:..50% with order, 50% at readiness for shipment.
Note: Technical alterations reserved. Machine will be delivered ready for connection and start up.
No service engineer is required. If for any reasons services is required, these services will be provided at prevailing Field Chargeable Labour Rates.
